FREEBOT está lanzando su nuevo disco TRIBALEROS pensado para hacer retumbar los soundsystems de todo el mundo.
Su enfoque es claro: traer de vuelta el tribal retro/OG, pero con las herramientas y la calidad de producción más avanzadas.
La inspiración detrás del sonido y la estética del disco viene de la periferia de Monterrey, donde el arte urbano, en especial los “ganchos” del graffiti old school, marcaron su visión. Esto se refleja tanto en los visuales como en la identidad sonora de las rolas.
El disco se compone de 8 tracks en total: 3 de puro tribal regio y 5 de TEKTRIBAL fusionado con ese mismo sonido característico del norte de Mexico. A nivel de producción, FREEBOT buscó un diseño sonoro limpio y potente, con la intención de que los tracks suenen claros en cualquier sistema de sonido. Además, incluyó gritos y samples de los famosos bailes de “kombos kolombianos” de Monterrey, aportando un vibe más auténtico y festivo.
En cuanto a la esencia del disco, cada rola está diseñada para liberar energía, soltar el cuerpo y entregarse al ritmo. Este año, se nota un cambio en la construcción de los temas, con estructuras más refinadas y un enfoque pensado para que los DJs lo puedan tocar, asegurando que el material esté listo para prender cualquier club o fiesta en cualquier parte del mundo.

FREEBOT is dropping his new album *TRIBALEROS*, designed to make sound systems around the world shake.
His vision is clear: to bring back retro/OG tribal, but with the latest production tools and top-tier sound quality.
The inspiration behind the album’s sound and aesthetics comes from the outskirts of Monterrey, where urban art—especially the old-school graffiti “ganchos”—shaped his creative direction. This influence is reflected both in the visuals and the sonic identity of the tracks.
The album consists of 8 tracks in total: 3 pure *tribal regio* and 5 *TEKTRIBAL* fused with that signature northern Mexican sound. In terms of production, FREEBOT aimed for a clean yet powerful sound design, ensuring that every track is distinct and clear on any sound system. He also incorporated chants and samples from Monterrey’s famous *kombos kolombianos* dance culture, adding an authentic and festive vibe.
